wallet-on-us has created the following policies to promote a reliable and secure environment for our customers (collectively, "services"). Individuals or groups using wallet-on-us or processing transactions with wallet-on-us must comply with these guidelines.

If you suspect abusive or illegal content or activity at   wallet-on-us, please report it immediately. Most transaction-related issues, such as chargeback and refund requests, are best resolved by early direct contact between the parties involved in the transaction (such as a bank, card issuer, or other party doing the transaction). Please note that. Disputes cannot be arbitrated. 

wallet-on-us reserves the right to change this policy at any time. This policy should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the particular product you are using. The Terms of Service may contain additional rules governing your use of the Services.

USER POLICIES

Profile and registration

When using wallet-on-us or other wallet-on-us services, be sure to include your first name and last name in your profile. This will help you build a trusted environment and connect you with the people you know. To provide services smoothly and continuously, you need to provide accurate information about your identity and payment options.

Impersonation

Do not use the Services to mislead or confuse other users by impersonating others or representing your organization without proper permission. In addition, your account profile name and photos should not contain adult, offensive, or illegal content.

Personal and Confidential Information

Do not use, share or distribute others’ personal and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords, without their permission. If you suspect that your account has been hijacked, please Contact US.  Do not attempt to use others’ accounts without their permission, or steal their personal and confidential information.

Spam

Do not send spam, including sending unsolicited promotional or commercial content, or unsolicited or massive advertising. Do not send offensive messages to anyone in wallet-on-us.


Abuse of the product

Do not misuse wallet-on-us. We don't allow the following because we want wallet-on-us to be useful, relevant, and secure for our users: 

    • Malicious content

    • Falsely convey your identity and qualifications

    • Misrepresentation of products and services

    • Persuade other users to pay or disclose sensitive information under false or unclear assumptions

    • Attempts to deceive other users or third parties for improper or financial gain

    • Content or behavior that impairs or disrupts the operation of networks, servers, or other infrastructure.

    • Attempts to request or collect sensitive information from users, including but not limited to passwords, financial information, personal identification numbers (such as social security numbers).

    • Phishing scams

    • Money laundering and terrorist financing

    • Activities that are illegal in your country or jurisdiction when using the Services.

    • Other misconduct

PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS

wallet-on-us does not allow the use of services to perform peer-to-peer transactions related to the following categories: The examples provided are not exhaustive and may limit products, products, services, and other items not listed below.

Academic paper-writing and test-taking services

Example: Ready-made essays, dissertations, dissertations. Paperwork and exam offers

Adult goods and services

Example: Material that suggests pornography and other sexuality (including literature, images, and other media). Escort or prostitution services; things related to sex trade

Alcohol

Copyright media and software

Under certain conditions, some financial services allow users to store "point and scan" items in wallet-on-us.

Fund solicitations

Example: Solicit donations without valid proof of tax exemption status. B. Valid 501 (c) (3) tax exemption status, which is generally clearly displayed in the United States. Solicitation of donations with no proof of registration with national regulators or authorities B. Political organizations registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). 

Gaming/gambling

Examples: Lottery, sports betting, membership / registration to online gambling sites and related content. 

Government IDs, documents, or uniforms

Examples: Includes, but is not limited to, government-issued ID cards, passports, diplomas, titles, and uniforms. Except when sold by a licensed government agency or a supplier certified by a licensed government agency.

Hacking and cracking materials

Examples: Manuals, instructions, information, or devices that violate the law by damaging software, servers, websites, or other proprietary assets or providing illegal access. 

Human parts

Examples: Organs or other body parts; body fluids; stem cells; embryos

Illegal / Stolen goods

Example: Materials, products, or information that promote illegal products or encourage illegal activities. Items that you do not own or are not authorized to sell. Goods manufactured in violation of the rights of a third party. Contraband and goods that violate export, import, or labeling restrictions. Vehicles subject to movement restrictions. Products that are registered in the public register (real estate, etc.) and require procedures that cannot be legally completed online for their transfer. 

Note: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all items sold are genuine and legal.

Illegal telecommunications equipment

Examples: Devices designed to receive free cables and satellite signals, cable desk ramblers and black boxes, access cards, access card programmers and unloopers, illegal cell phone mods or products, and the Federal Communications Commission. Other devices illegal, prohibited by the (FCC). Or other competent regulatory agencies in the country where the goods are sold

Example: Unfounded remedies, remedies, or other items sold as Quick Health Fixes 

Multi-level marketing and wealth creation programs

Examples: MLM (including online payment randomizers), Matrix, Ponzi schemes, wealth accumulation schemes, click billing schemes, and all similar schemes

Offensive content and activities

Example: Goods, literature, products, materials, services, or activities: 


• Incite hatred for individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, country of origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or other related characteristics. Promote or despise discrimination 

• Defamation or defamation of a group of individuals or people who are protected from defamation or defamation by applicable law (eg, protection given to the royal family in some jurisdictions). 

• Encourage or incite violence 

• Promotes intolerance or hatred 

• Promote or support membership in terrorist groups or other organizations prohibited by law

Precious materials

Example: Mass sales of rare, rare, or precious metals and stones 

Prescription drugs and medical devices

Example: Drugs or other products that require a prescription from a licensed doctor, veterinarian, or online pharmacy, or products that are otherwise regulated for distribution. Medical devices that require government approval for sale. And drug test avoidance tools. Wholesale currency

Example: Discount currency or foreign currency exchange. Currency backed by precious metals 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU VIOLATE OUR POLICIES

If there are multiple or serious breaches, you may be suspended from using the Services and related accounts. In this case, all transactions associated with the suspended account may be invalidated, including transactions that have already been started. We may not allow you to trade through the Services. All related accounts will also be permanently suspended and may not be allowed to open new accounts. For permanently suspended accounts with associated accounts (such as Gold Vault balances), the balance will be sold at the current market price and the amount will be returned to the approved bank account (applicable tax or).
